So, I realize I'm becoming a total Spammer of Friendspages. However, I do not care, because the sentences you have to translate between Latin and English when you have a very small vocabulary are funny.

-- Respond to the man!
-- Walk, O boys, into the street.
-- I order Catalina to be ruled by the power of the Roman people. Be ruled by the power of the people, Catalina.
-- Come on, man, speak about the deeds of the gods.
-- Why do you walk in the streets? Walk in the fields.
-- Can you be moved by the words of the poet? Be moved, O Gracchuses.
-- Give money, O master.
-- The sailors in the street are able to be seen. See the sailors in the street.
-- Make the weapons out of iron, not out of gold.
-- Take the advice, inhabitant!

We're learning imperatives. Can you tell?

Seriously, "Take the advice, inhabitant!" is the best sentence ever.

ETA: About three seconds after I posted this, my roommate's music switched to that song that I really loved when I was in, like, the 7th grade, and I have no idea what it's called but the chorus has something about "Wanna put my tender / heart in a blender / watch it spin round to a beautiful oblivion." What is that song called? Who is it by? I would like to put it as my current music, but I don't think "that song with the line about the heart in a blender from when I was in like the 7th grade" will fit in the little box.
