So. I was watching Jeopardy a little while ago, which I do pretty regularly, when all of a sudden...

Jeopardy Competitor: *is just about to suddenly answer 8 zillion questions in a row to take a $10,000 lead!*
Channel 11: HAY GUYS WAIT WE HAVE SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO SAY!!!1!
Me: If this is about a car chase again, I swear to God...
Channel 11: OMFG IT'S RAINING. SRSLY.
Me: ... Murder. Murder is the only possible solution.
Jeopardy: *has finished the round and gone to commercial by the time Channel 11 is done telling me that it's fucking raining*

Am I the only person who can very clearly remember the 1994 NBA Finals, where they preempted the Rockets vs. the Knicks to show the most boring car chase in the history of car chases, just because the guy in the car happened to be O.J. Simpson?
