I danced with SCA people at AggieCon. Then I had a limp for 2 days. Oww.

My poor fingers; I've got a competition and an audition for Houston Youth Symphony coming up and thus am practicing like mad when I have the time. This is hard on the fingers. It is NOT a good sign when calluses actually start peeling off.

As mentioned above, I'm trying out for Houston Youth Symphony. This is big stuff; it means I've got to rework a huge scary piece I played a year or so ago. Urgh.

Oh, look, there's the neighbors' border collie. Sweet dog.

Oh, and I got into the Simon's Rock Writing and Thinking Workshop for this summer! That was my first choice of 3 creative writing programs I applied to. Hurrah!!!!

I love writing, even for stupid projects. I'm working on a script for an additional scene for "Medea" now. Fun.

grammar makes your mind happy? (that's an interesting sentence.) yeah. that's why i have good grammar. i have similar obsessions.

my calluses peel off sometimes. that can really get annoying and painful, but ive gotten used to playing despite it, then they reform so its ok again.
