I love proofs too. When I'm given all the assumptions. Even then, proofs can suck. I know, my minor was in logic. Geometry should not bet he place where logic is introduced, especially proofs. We should have started introducing logic and proofs earlier in school with simpler problems, so that students actually get it.
Course my geometry course in 8th grade was utter failure. A new teacher each week for like, four weeks. I'm surprised I passed that course.
I'm jealous. I wish I could have taken English courses in college. Not the 101 courses but actual courses...
