elsajeniChinese -- oral interview with Yeh Laoshi last Friday at 9 in the morning. Kicked lots of ass. Love Yeh Laoshi like crazy. Totally keeping taking Chinese. Yay Chinese!
Latin -- written exam this afternoon. Bleah. My translation sucked so much ass. I can remember all the nouns we've learned, but for some reason my verb capacity is highly limited, and therefore I'm sitting here going, "Um, let's just say that one means 'confront,' shall we?" Morphology and reading comprehension portions, however: doubleplusgood. I find morphology oddly comforting after sitting around trying to translate shit until my brain explodes. It is uncomplicated and does not expect me to psychically know how to translate every possible occurrence of the subjunctive. Anyway, I think I did all right.
Physics -- written exam Thursday afternoon. Not looking forward to it. Will be spending all of tomorrow studying and finding out if I'm allowed to have any notes. Hope so, because if I can't have a formula sheet I'll cry. A lot.
English -- 5-6 page paper about reason vs. imagination in Othello and Emma due next Wednesday. Not as bad as it sounds, since at least I actually read both of those and I'll have almost a full week, uninterrupted by classes and such, to write it. Yay!
