*sigh*

This is turning into a surprisingly nice week... had to help Katy vacuum her house yesterday but on the plus side got to help her figure out who she's gonna have at her birthday party... still working on that really. So I got some say in who gets invited ("Ick, no! Don't invite (blank)!" and so on). A note to anyone reading this who goes, "Hey, I didn't get invited... damn Betsy...": Katy is pretty much obscenely disorganized. There is a really good chance you were on the guest list but she somehow forgot about you. (Don't you feel loved?)

Also get potentially valuable bribes... it's really fun to have shopping-phobic friends. (A good friend of mine sent me a desperate plea via e-mail along the lines of, "Help! Help! I'll give you rides, money, presents, but PLEASE don't make me pick out a present for Katy all by myself!" So I'm taking him up on it. Right now I'm talking to him and trying to get him to narrow down which bribe he's actually offering.)

Hmm. I've run out of anything to say. I guess I'm just in too generally pleasant of a mood to write a whole lot about anything.

Oh God. I have just realized that Katy's idea of a brilliant guest list includes quite a few ex-couples, some of whom are not all that friendly to each other. Should I do the right thing and point that out to her (since she probably hasn't realized it yet)? Or should I just let her suffer the consequences? Hmm... out of human decency and not wanting to get trapped in between any of them I think I'll tell her. I'd better call her.
