Tuesday night I went on a Grand Adventure with Summer and Mary. This involved setting out to watch a meteor shower (note to Anya and Rachel: no nudity was involved this time), deciding to go look and see what rumors about Notsuoh were true, becoming concerned that Summer had decided to leave me and Mary downtown, finding Summer again, walking forever to where she'd parked the car, getting on I-10 instead of 59, doing the same thing again, eventually getting on 59, and driving to Sugarland. Missing our exit. Turning around and finding our exit. Trying to go to 2 gas stations, which were both closed. Driving to Brazos Bend and seeing armadillos, seeing lightning all around us, freaking out and deciding to drive back into town. Getting lost once or twice more. Et cetera.
Note that no actual meteors were involved.
Also: Ryan (peopleshooter) appears to have dropped off the face of the earth. I am somewhat annoyed by this. He was cool. So, Ryan, if you happen to be reading this, please post a comment or something verifying that you still exist. Thank you.
And now, to all of you, goodnight.
