Well... this is kind of a random post. I'm bored and don't want to write in iambic pentameter anymore (English homework), so here I am, posting merrily away.

Everybody should read The Hot Zone and any other books by Richard Preston that they can find. That's my random book recommendation for the week.

So, my latest attempt at controlling the OCD arrived today in a little orange prescription bottle. Officially this is an anti-anxiety drug, and the first potential side effect listed is nervousness. I really wish I were making that up. But I am not. Within the week I will probably post to let you know whether this shit is working or not, since I like to delude myself that all of you are thrilled to hear me bitch about anxiety disorders.

Argh, argh. Got to do homework. Really don't want to. But unfortunately I have to do it, so I'll catch you people later.

good luck with the prescription. what exactly is the medication that you are using?

though i don't know exactly what is the manner in which your ocd manifests itself, i can perhaps give you some advice in choosing jobs.

namely, not retail. two things that get to me, 1) counts/organization of various merchandise and 2)the handling of so much legal tender and what that carries on it.

good luck with homework, and hopefully the medication will do some good and not have too adverse of side effects.

Something called Luvox... and lots of symmetry and counting in powers of 2, that is me. (They say if you're OCD you should go into accounting. I say fuck that, it's math. I'll think of something.)
