Got Harry Potter. Hah. Now am going insane wanting to know who dies. Had a bit of a mild trauma involving a boggart around Chapter 7 or 8, but currently on Chapter 12, so have a ways to go before anything really disastrous happens. Probably.

Very angry at Seamus Finnigan. Always thought he was kind of cute.

Me, I never did. You must be thinking of someone else who slashed him with Dean. But . . . gah! They spend all their time together and it's just so goddamn cute. I finished the book last week. Hopefully, you'll finish soon so we can squeal together.

never mind my summer, how's your boyfriend?

i'm doing all right though, overall. took me more like 36 hours to finish harry potter, because of, y'know, driver's ed and sleep and stuff. as to my summer... taking driver's ed as mentioned above, couple creative writing classes as well. reading trashy paperbacks a lot (jaws at the moment, it's horrible). doing insane amounts of harp practice in desperate attempt to reach senior-recital level by senior-recital season. all that kind of stuff.

i'm sure i saw you last week sitting outside the contemporary arts museum. if it wasn't you, it was someone who looked just like you wearing clothes very like yours and sitting next to a boy very like the type you generally are seen with. thought about stopping and saying hi, but you seemed deep in conversation. so, instead i shall say hi now.

hi. yeah, that was us... i wanted to show him the SPLAT BOOM POW exhibit. he's doing better, and called me in a drug-induced stupor a few minutes ago, asking when i was coming over... so i must be off.
