I am so fucking tired. LDC was this weekend. Had a fabulous time, learned a lot, played a prop in a skit (why am I always playing props? this time I was an "expensive custom-made chalice" that got broken by irresponsible youth at a Rally), did not get even close to enough sleep. Played Ultimate Frisbee, got a little excessively violent about it (as did everyone else), and am now really sore.

Richard glued Cheerios to his nipples. No one really knows why. But he regretted it later, when he decided to remove the Cheerios. Oh boy did he ever regret it.

We did that activity where you have a paper on your back and people write nice things on it... I don't know what it's called. Our Canadian trainer, Heather, called it CarWash, but I have my doubts about the validity of that name outside of Canada. Anyway. My favorites:
I hope people dance for me like you did when I become old!
You make an awesome chalice!
I Love you Mommy. -Bryce
you always make me laugh. P.S. not at you.

To clarify: Bryce is the Rally-son of me and Rosemary. He has an older half-sister (Erinn, test-tube baby of me and Erin) and a younger sister (Chandra, second child of me and Rosemary). Technically, Chandra is older than both of her parents, but hey, who needs the laws of physical reality? So it makes sense for him to call me Mommy.

LBJ took the IRT
Down to 4th St., USA
When he got there, what did he see?
The youth of America on LSD...
LBJ, IRT, USA, LSD,
LSD, LBJ, FBI, CIA,
FBI, CIA, LSD, LBJ...

- the entire lyrics of "Initials," from Hair, with which musical I have fallen in love

Also, I'm selecting "quixotic" as my mood because I want to see what the icon is. A little face tilting at a windmill, maybe? (Somehow I doubt it.)

I'm really glad I got to go with you and Bryce, and I really appreciate your positive comment. Good for you for trying to get PSI going, and I'm sorry Jimmy and I can't participate this time. What do you think about having a calendar kind of like Lily mentioned where each month we can write down things like that and whoever can go can go? Whoops, sorry, didn't mean to go into a diatribe in your LJ. We'll talk more later. :)
